End User License Grant and Restrictions

Our Agreement entitles the individual purchaser of the pattern a license for one digital copy of the pattern for their exclusive use.  Design copyright remains with BunnyBear.  The pattern cannot be shared, duplicated, redistributed, posted, or resold in any form electronic or otherwise.  You may not assign your rights and obligations under this Agreement or otherwise transfer your rights to the pattern.

You many not modify the pattern or create any derivative work of the pattern or its accompanying documentation, instructions, graphics or images for resale or redistribution.   You may only make copies or adaptations of the pattern for archival purposes or when copying or adaptation is an essential step in the authorized use of the pattern.  You must reproduce all copyright notices in the original pattern on all copies or adaptations.

Finished garments constructed with the pattern may be sold if constructed solely and exclusively by the original, individual purchaser of the pattern.  This Agreement does not grant permission for manufacturing purposes or volume.

If selling your completed outfit, labeling it as a one of a kind (OOAK) outfit is within the scope of this agreement, claiming that your outfit is an original design is not.
